IRS is an internal revenue service system that its users can use to pay taxes for form and estimated taxes or any other associated forms directly from your savings account at no cost at all. Also, the user can keep track of his or her payments easily. This is done by signing up for an email notification service about your tax payments, each time a user uses IRS Direct Pay.
Email notifications contain the confirmation number the user will receive at the end of a payment transaction. The IRS continues to remind taxpayers to watch out for email schemes. The user only receives an email from the IRS Direct Pay when they request the service.
If the user already made a payment through Direct Pay, they can use their confirmation number to access the Lookup Payment feature. Users can also modify or cancel a payment schedule until two business days before the payment date. Users can view their payment history by accessing your online account with the IRS.
